I did not monitor exercise when in in Cali. However, I did several miles a day in wheelchair, and sometimes even on beach! This was quite a challenge but worth it. Then Disneyland and California Adventure for two days and I came home with triceps! Like legit triceps, lol. We arrived home last night and went straight to bed. Today I did yoga but could not concentrate or focus, so I'm not counting it. Did about three hours in chair, and am a sleepy girl.

So I've been off the grid for a bit. Took a 4 day hiatus to gather myself and start fresh. Went for my first jog on Monday after Pilates, 600m from home, I felt something twang in my lower back. Stopped, walked 3 steps and felt the most excruciating pain that nearly dropped me to my knees.

Spent 20min standing there gasping in pain, and spent half an hour staggering home.

Went for a massage the next day which was stupid, it loosened the guarding muscles that were protecting the damaged ones.....when I got off the table my knees gave way and it took me an hour to be able to hobble out to the car.

3 days later, I'm on 60mg codeine every 4 hours, and it's still knee buckling painful.

OH has taken several days to care for me as I can't stand or sit for longer than 15min.

Top it off, my blender jug broke 5 days ago, so trying to keep in top of my weight is a bastard right now.

Bright side? Other half has had several days of caring for toddler alone and is getting a feel for what I do every day! And the warranty for my jug went through, they gave me a free $90 upgrade plus another jug because they felt sorry for me!

Toddler fawns all over me when she's allowed to cuddle me, so that's been nice too.

Guess there are positives :)
