Walking in a new area every morning and night. This morning 45 minute walk.
Up to 30 Laps swimming now - off until I get rid of this cold.
60 plus minutes at a brisk pace tonight - new place to walk. The blue dog just loves it.

100 min of MTB cycling today - round about 15 km, but it's hard to tell with the height difference (between 300 - 400 m) I rode. I wanted to do some down hill cycling at first....but we had a storm two weeks ago and most of the paths were still blocked by fallen trees. :confused: ...so I had to evade on the usual street, not so funny with a MTB. But we seem to getting used to each other. The bike is totally new but already looks really dirty after the few times I used it. :p
 
17k yesterday and plyometrics earlier today. I am hoping for a 'Nurse Jackie' relax run tonight - ie treadmill, lights dim in my house since I have been doing a lot of heavy, physical work lately. - get a few episodes in even though I have seen very episode at least twice.
 
Rest day Sunday (well, doing some physical reno work with a friend). Monday was one hour weights this morning.

I am not a Game of Thrones person but I agreed to watch it because a couple of clients are really good-naturedly pestering me about starting the series. I finally relented and rented season 1 so I about to treat myself to a treadmill run and binge watch the first few eps. Wish me luck!
 
Update: I strained my lower back and thighs while doing cleaning up my room. There was lot of dirt, so had to clean it up. Today I am feeling better and taking rest to recover from the hurt. I will be back after 2-3 days I guess.
