:)I am thrilled to report that oxygen therapy, at night time, has helped me to at least begin to recover physical health and energy.

Today I did many household chores and some yard work that I normally am unable to do. It may not seem like much to those of you who running marathons or whatever, ;), but I am tickled to be up and about as a result of receiving oxygen therapy.

Perhaps with the use of a cane, I can begin to walk for exercise again.:tup:
 
Having both a sprained ankle AND a inflamed AC joint in my shoulder has severely limited my exercise options in the past few weeks.

Not being able to go for long walks has made me a bit sad. At least I can walk without crutches now....

But I've found I can do most of the exercises in my online mat Pilates classes, thankfully.

Also trying not to eat too much so I don't stack on weight while my ankle heals...
 
@City Slicker, yup... I hate not exercising. I'm going out for long walks with puppy, just to keep moving and to try and get my calve muscle back to healthy as fast as possible. Not real happy with it. I stretched it on Monday and I think it was the stretching that screwed it up, as that is when I felt the pain initially. After my 6km it then just pulled super tight then... further stretching only made it worse, so I ran some hot water on it to try and get it to relax.

Feels ok today, I can atleast walk quite normally, only a slight limp here and there now, but getting better with each day. Just light walking to try and get it up and going ASAP... I hate not running.

Running is my tool to eat and drink what I want, without too much repercussion. If I eat too much one week, I lose any extra kg the next when I'm back to normal. Not running... equals all bad for me.
