@City Slicker : How to see in the darkness? I usually avoid to ride my MTB when it's dark. I have a lamp at the front of my bike. Some pros have lamps on their helmets, which are REALLY bright. That might help you...

@anthony : *sends you a get better hug and candies against the cough* Hope for you to get better soon.

Monday: 50 min run in the park

Yesterday: 80 min ride with my MTB (uphill, downhill, cross...)

Thanks @Anrish - I have a light on the handlebars of my bike so I think I will have a look at the helmet lights too.
@anthony - Geeze, take good care - I know what a bummer it is to not be able to be active. You will be back at it soon.

Treadmill run today 22k's and then some stretching. Looking forward to going out for some local music for Canada Day celebrations.

1 hour 15 minutes walking.

I did the Mindful Standing Standing Yoga. I do very, very tiny movements with this one - I don't want to push it because I did once and it caused me a lot of pain, so now I do it so you can almost not see the movement but it works for me. It was suggested that I do it in the shower, which was a good suggestion but to push it would trigger a pain syndrome in me - and I still get the benefits doing such small movements.

Went for a bike ride again on Saturday, I was joined by my two older sisters. we played a little game of follow the leader, it was like being kids again. we all enjoyed it. the bike ride lasted 30 minutes or so.
