A couple heavy months, where I got really bad, hurt my wrist, was really depressed and stuff. And then,...

Hi Saelben - I know how this feels - I experienced the same thing for about 8 months - I think mostly due to stress (work and relationship). I feel like I'm coming out of it now - for the past 10 days I've controlled my eating and focused more on exercise. I hope it continues.

But my feeling is that even though overeating is not a great way of coping with stress, sometimes I need to wait until I'm in the right headspace, or perhaps until I have capacity, to work on my health and fitness.

Remember to be kind to yourself :)
 
You are all doing really well.

Every time you decide to consciously move your body it's a good thing. No matter what you do, just bring your availability to move - even a bit - whether you are in a wheelchair, a body brace or experience tremendous physical challenges, bring the body you've got.

Wednesday: A 'sauna run' - the temp was about 42 with the humidex but I managed 22 kms.
Thursday: A leisurely swim with Homer
Friday: A short run (4k) and swim with Homer
Saturday: Run (5.5k) and swim with Homer
Sunday: a quick 15k then another walk later before the storm comes in.
