Picked up a bit of extra work 'teaching' Insanity - it's actually more like running the class through the dvd - making sure form is correct and that people don't get hurt.

Mostly running every day - Saturday I took a rest day and decided to tackle all the laundry I need to do! That's a workout right there.
Intro hockey went really well - much better than I thought. I was able to do the skating drills and stay upright the entire time - although they teach you how to fall at speed so you don't break your wrists.

I am looking into getting a rescue dog. One that needs exercise and maybe with a bit of anxiety about being alone because I can bring a dog to work. Homer has taught me so much and now with researching I am approaching the time - I am looking at January as a tentative date.

Tuesday/Wednesday
I did two more Tai Chi classes since I logged my exercise - they are free in my local area, which is amazing.

My hip injury is playing up like crazy. Sat too long yesterday and didn't walk and I am paying for it today.

Friday
Got lost on going to a new location for another free Tai Chi - there are all these resources close by that I didn't know about! So only 15 minutes this morning as I was 45 minutes late.

I walked 40 minutes.
I walked 40 minutes again.
I walked 30 minutes later on.

Saturday
30 minutes Tai Chi
30 minutes walking

Sunday
45 minutes walking

Monday
3 x 1 hour Tai Chi
2 x 30 minutes walking

@City Slicker : That's great news with your hockey. I wish you all the best and hope you will enjoy it to its fullest. Don't overdo it with running, it can become an addiction.:hug: ...and the dog idea is just great. I hope you will find a good one. :)

Yesterday:
90 min walk (take it slow after blood donation)

Today:
45 min run
30 min Yoga Nidra

Thanks @Anrish.
That's awesome you give blood - how do you feel afterwards? (I noticed that you said walking a bit more slowly after the donation.)

I am excited about having a full-time four-legged buddy. I am thinking that I have to finally make a Will and put him in it in case anything were to happen to me. The things you don't think about until you have a responsibility for a life.

I did an ashtanga yoga class with a new instructor - she was fabulous - she looked like she was flying. I am going to look into this a bit more. I liked the muscularity and the speed of it.

No workouts today - stuck in meetings but a bit of walking around the block a few times. lol.
