@anthony I think a cruzie day like that is a blessing, "normals" apparently get them all the time, but it is annoying to have the list in your head, I agree.
Maybe a perpetual list where you can see it will take away the annoyance, because your brain will acknowledge that the task will be done.
It works for me.
I change between "wall lists" and an exercise book I write "daily lists" in.
I like Wall LIsts best. A blackboard or whiteboard ???
If I feel I am struggling I write the smallest task and the smallest achievements in.
I like it. It frees up brain space.
Apparently we can only keep 5-7 items in our short-term memory.
If they are written down, I get brainspace left over for things like "Go Get a Mocca" and "Put Knickers On" or
"Watch latest pirated Game of Thrones".
Worth a try.
