Well coming back slowly. Spent a week in hell ! Had such bad pains, almost went to the hospital. I gave myself something like 4-6 hours and if the pain didn't start to subside then I would call the ambulance. Still had pain which I managed to control with tylenol, but was vomiting everything I ate. Even spent one day without food, I wasn't hungry at all. My daughter was pretty worried, but I'm bull headed, I was determined to get control of this. It felt like when they found the tumor last year. I scared myself till I remembered that the last scan (September), everything was OK. Still feeling weak, but at least I can start taking care of myself again. Many thanks for all the support my dear friends. :hug:​

Good grief Froggie. That's a long time to suffer. Hope you are feeling better now consistently. Report it or journal it to track it... it may need to be reported to your physician? :hug:

Yes Alba I know, I have an appointement with the oncologist tomorrow and will brief him in on what happened. They may cancel my treatment, I'm quite aware of that. One way or another, I have no choice, my daughter would bull dog me :p !

Stubbornness runs in our families too... sounds like she loves her mother and is a good daughter!

I'm blessed with my children and grand-children, they are really good with me. I live in subventionned low rent building for people 55 years and more, and few of us have lots of visits, so I'm grateful.

I hope you are feeling better. It is hard for me to remain impartial as part of me wants to encourage you to seek medical assistance for the pain, but I also respect your decisions. I only hope this has passed, and it is not something serious.

You should not let the pain get hold of you like that, you need to keep on top of it, tylenol is a little light weight so insist on some better pain management, we all know how strong you are here but please don't suffer pain when you do not have to.
