Has anyone tried meditation to improve your sleep? Did it work? What advice can you give me to get started,and be successful, with meditation?
I have finally come to the conclusion that sleep problems is my main issue. I don't think I get enough REM though I supposedly sleep through the night. I don't want to take meds so any other advice, like meditation is appreciated.
