Wow, that is so good to know about melatonin increasing dreams and nightmares. I had somebody suggest I start taking Melatonin to help with sleep. But after hearing that, I dont think I'll risk it . I already have nightmares on a regular basis and dont fancy the thought of making them any worse than they already are. I think I will just stick with my Prazosin for the time being.
