What are the better kinds of period panties?

I think that Thinx, Dear Kate, and Modibodi are pretty comparable. Generally, if it doesn't have water-proof specifically listed in the description, it probably isn't worth it. If you're working out or getting in strange positions a lot, I've found that ones with a higher cut leg are better.

I am a male and would only like to suggest something to try for the pain which is Tonic Water. Does not taste that great but it has helped many for relieving pain that you experience. Doesn't cost much and won't hurt even if it does not help. Give it a try when that time comes.
