- Feeling pressure/ overwhelm at all that needs doing
- And tending to mini binge when I don't feel I've done enough (Get away you unhelpful 'Shoulding')
+ Just about beginning to see me becoming less isolated
- Spending too much
+ My PTSD group ♡
- Avoidance

Mood: 6 of 10

Contributing factors:
  • Some trepidation about appointments for mom and incontinence issues - hope for the best prepare for the worst cuz she's gotta go several places today.
  • Moderate allergic pain
  • Noise sensitivity almost derailed another phone call … almost. Kept sayin' "Woah, whoa, hold on... it's the VOLUME level not what your saying. Bring it down, bring it down too loud."
  • Moderate stress about getting made ahead meals and clearing off the kitchen counters ahead of the installers 1st visit tomorrow
  • Delivery date for a dishwasher mount a month away but found one that can be here in a week for about $7 less on Amazon.
  • Dreamless sleep again - YAY, but not enough of it.
  • Got phished again (same creeps, different number) - have to rummage around to find the durned reporting process again before I can block the number.
