Me and my partner have been together 2years, he now hates me because of my PTSD. I have high emotions and break down occasionally. He has never been able to handle it. He says I will look back and be embarrassed about the way I am and wonder I did it. I don't know how to be any different but I try and now I just feel shame and that my future will be full of shame about myself. I am obviously the problem and the way I am is unhealthy.
