Do you know grounding techniques like mindfulness and things like that? DBT is another great bunch of stuff that can help. I am doing a Workbook right now on PTSD, it is called OVERCOMING TRAUMA AND PTSD by Sheela Raja PhD and there are things in it that you can do while in triggering situations. Check it out. I bought it on amazon.com for not a lot of money.
