Hi all,

I feel like a bit of a hypocrite in staying away from the forum for a while and then coming b...

Same here, feels like dying, having to address all of these different triggers. Sick and tired about hearing why criminals do the things they do. I dont want to hear about that anymore, why should I have to worry about that?

All of these multiple triggers are killing me.

@Freedomfighter I understand very well what you are saying. I've faced quite a few high trigger places this week and last. I can't count how many.

I find it especially hard when I find myself going back or to a new place and the same triggers pop up again. Stressors certainly do cause a lot stress and anxiety.

Honestly, you shouldn't need to worry about that. It's almost impossible to believe, but in reality, of everyday life, unless you are visiting a prison, you don't come in contact with crimminals all the time. It just feels like it. Especially if you were hurt by taxi driver or in an elevator, a house, a bedroom, wherever. If you see someone who has the same hair cut, or wearing the same jacket (even the color), it will push you over again and again and again...

It's awful isn't it!!!! They do something bad, and we suffer for it. Very unfair!
