Undiagnosed New member from Sweden

Hi everyone,
I'm new here so I wanted to introduce myself. I'm 19 years old, male and from Sweden, and I've been struggling with what I'm pretty sure is CPTSD for a very long time now. I'm hoping that joining this forum will be the first step in my journey towards recovery, because, to put it simply, my childhood was hell, and I don't want the rest of my life to be the same.
