A very nice developer kindly slightly modified one of his add-ons here to cater to a post limit for username changes. The ability for a member to change their username has been here for a long time, though it has been disabled due to its implementation not fitting this forums policy.
That is no longer the case today, as new members only can change their username one time only up-to 20 posts.
In other words, if you have 21 posts it will be disabled. If you change your username once in your initial 20 posts, you don't get a second shot at it.
This removes administrators from doing any further username changes, as once a user exceeds 20 posts we do not change usernames.
There are no rules to this, it exists if you fit the above criteria. If you don't, you don't get a shot at changing. This corrects an initial registration issue where people foolishly use their real name, and I say foolishly because I don't know why anyone would use their real name on any website unless you're happy with being known in the first place for who you really are.
This closes that hole for those who make such a mistake, though does not compromise the forums policy on username changes.
Enjoy!

(You will see an error page if you do not fit the new user criteria)
Staff will not be able to see the page either.
