Hi there. my name is wendy. I didn't realise I had a form of PTSD until recently. I'm dissociative and coming back into my body, i am now watching my emotions change and fluctuate on a daily basis. So, hello fellow travellers. I am happy to be here and i am thankful there is a community to share our thoughts and feeling with, cheers :)
