I am married to a vet with PTSD... 100% disabled.
I find … more than anything... that the exposure to it is sad, and disheartening, at least on my end, for me.
Very discouraging and disheartening - I cant find a better way to say it I guess.
It is very hard to be around.
That said, I do get the struggle he is in, and have read a lot - actually am in my masters degree program for becoming a Licensed professional councilor - But this is still quite sad to be so close to.
That part of it I struggle with a lot.
