Good for you Jest! Yeah the puffer doesn't look, feel or taste like one at all, but keep it handy.. you'd be suprised what that little puff of yuck into the back of your throat can do for you when you watch someone light up a smoke!

My step mom used the patch and yanked it off at night to avoid the dreams. (in case you want to try that.)

Your doing great Jest! Keep us posted. :) (even if you start smoking again.)

Well done Jest! I'd recommend keeping the patches on actually. Give the inhalator a bit of time - it works believe me! No it doesn't look or feel like a ciggy but it's not supposed to. It's something to fiddle with and once you get the hang, just the sucking on it is calming. Keep posting.
 
Oh I do wish you the best on this battle.I quit for 8 months and have been smoking again for three and need to do it again. It is really mind over matter but no matter what it is beyond hard. Sending you smoke free wishes.
