I don't feel like crying but it feels like I need to cry. I feel nervous, scared, and nauseous. I haven't cut since high school but I keep thinking about it cuz wouldn't it feel better than this, no I know better and won't. But I'm worried. Taking meds as prescribed doesn't feel enough for me right now. Just wanted to reach out. Thought maybe it could help. Plus I do have a hotline I can call.
 
As you know the approaching USA Holiday of Thanksgiving is very triggering for many people. If you have a Therapist contact the therapist to slow down the impulse of cutting and schedule an emergency meeting. If not, the hotline is a solid way to vent. It takes courage to reach out...

Not sure what state you're in. If you Google Samaritans for your state or city. Normally will have crisis hotline, and some text support now.

Holiday season is hell, and seems to make everything worse.
