You lost me at “What is your first name?” & “What is your last name?”
I have ADHD-C & PTSD (from complex trauma; beginning with combat & ending with domestic violence, with a couple few things in between… over about 2o years, zero childhood trauma… so I have no idea if I’d fit your focus). That said? I usually at least tab through surveys, but the name request off the bat? Nope. Not gonna do it.
If it helps at all, in your data.
As there are things neurotypical & those who don’t have trauma histories think would be “easy” start points that are about as easy as… several highly inappropriate examples come to mind.
