Well, between the two places, there's plenty of rock. I've a little interest in geology and mineralogy and the area is utterly fascinating with all that went on in this area. Not bragging but Arizona is an amazing place.

I love our place in the Pacific North West. Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains are fantastic.

But, I never gave Arizona due credit until I visited our son in Flagstaff. You're right, it's amazing country.
