Strictly a philosophical question, but by keeping said oath, would we not be bound to uphold the laws of the US and therefore be required to participate in the support of martial law?

Again, not trying to start a flame war, but the oath we swore was to support and protect the entity that is the united states by giving up our own freedoms and operating under military (by definition martial) laws?

"I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God."

Truthfully guys, these oathkeeper website folks worry me a bit. Their site reads like Soviet and North Korean propaganda, uses images out of context and provides few if any sources of reputable supporting evidence.

The bit about Revere's ride bothers me in particular. There was no USA at the time, and wouldn't be for many years. (Post Constitution, implementation took a while.) Kind of hard to use Revere and American in the same sentence as he, with most of the founding fathers were rebel insurgents against British rule at the time.

Sometimes we should force ourselves to forgo emotions and personal beliefs and be objective about such situations.
