Hello,

We are looking for participants for an online study with the University of Oxford.

We are exploring whether compassionate imagery can reduce feelings of shame, and how this may be influenced by childhood experiences.

Participants need to be over 18, fluent in English, living in the UK, and to have access to audio.

This study is best completed on a laptop/desktop computer as some phones may have issues with the survey.

The study takes about 30 minutes to complete, and involves listening to some audios and answering some questions.

You will answer questions about your mental health, think of a shame-based memory, and complete a guided imagery exercise.

Link to the study below (this will take you to a Qualtrics survey):

There is no obligation to take part. Please contact me if you have any questions - [email protected]

Many thanks,

Hazel
