Very relatable.

Those of us who have been gaslit may believe we are abusers with our whole being, because that's what we've been told. We think we're perps - we're really not, but it adds an extra layer of complexity to our healing.

This thread is a hard one for me, and I haven't been able to read all of the posts just yet. There have been things I've done that I am deeply ashamed of, but I mostly fall into the "I was there and *didn't* do anything to stop what I had to see." Oh gods. Lots of that.
