I do nt think it is a matter of talking about it, allthough on most occassions it does help. I think the wanting to just ignore what is bothering you is a good thing, certainly when you think it may go pear shaped and end in a full blown arguement. Ignoring something takes a lot of learning to achieve.
Spot on the money there. If we did not have this anonymous section or the ignore function, it would be WW3 and we have seen it at times.
The major problem is not even 'Rank' related. Some people we just don't get along with.
I don't think there is one of you out there who has liked everyone you have served with. There is always someone we think of as a tosser. Personalities are just like that. At that extends to this forum too.
IT comes down to this. You don't have to read every thread and if the person in question who you don't like comments, just browse over.
Don't take it personal even though you want to say something nasty.
Some days I just click the button up the to which says 'Mark all Forums Read'. Then one day I find an interesting thread and regret it. It does help though. As you get to start again.
