Podcast For Ptsd?

I've been thinking about doing a podcast about living with PTSD and overcoming challenges.

I wondered if there are any other podcasts doing this that you listen to?

If you have any feelings about it?

And or any ideas for the podcast?

This is a great idea. I was thinking about doing a YouTube channel a while ago but I changed my mind because it seems too 'out there'.
Doing a podcast seems a much better option. How do you go about it?

If I find any of my old ideas (I had some written down) I'll give you a shout.

That seems like an amazing idea :) I am with you on that.

I went onto some chats like Omegle a few times and did surveys, and most people don't even know what PTSD is. I think a good topic would be an intro, some explainations and such stuff.

Well, I might come up with some ideas and will tell you if anything comes to my mind, but thank you for putting this out here! :) Good luck with podcast!

Hi @otakujome thanks so much and great idea! Maybe we can talk about how we live a normal life in so many ways and just happen to have PTSD too. I thought I could document mine and other's daily/weekly pursuits to overcome things, what is working for us, tips and tricks etc. I'm hoping to expand knowledge and give those with PTSD another platform to experience.
