Possible autism diagnosis with other mental health disorders.

I'm being assessed by a new psych med provider. I had my first appt that lasted 2 hours and it was exhausting but beneficial. I have a complex list of already diagnosed disorders including, general anxious disorder with psychotic features, major depression disorder, borderline personality disorder, PTSD, dissociative identity disorder ADHD and a history of an eating disorder.
When I met with her she asked a lot of questions about my past leading up to the present. At the end she said she wonders if I have autism and had me fill out a questionnaire and will only ask for my overall score. If I do, what if anything will change?
My question is: with all the other disorders, how will she come to the conclusion since the other disorders can overlap?! Especially with DID. I'm nervous because I haven't had an assessment in over 14 years and I'm the kind of person who needs to know what to expect. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you

Basically, you have to score enough points on the autism test to get the diagnosis. Where are you getting the assessment? US or UK or?
Mine was in UK NHS. It was long, maybe 2 hours, and there were difficult questions bringing up some upsetting things but I kind of knew that would happen beforehand.

How did it go? I have my evaluation this week and I am curious how it will go. I have a ton of stuff going on too. Specifically we are confirming PTSD and CPTSD, long term covert narcissistic abuse (my therapist pointed this out and I had never considered it) and autism. Autism was pointed out by a friend who is autistic and suggested I look into it. I have taken many self test and scored high to very high on all. I have looked back at my developmental history and there is a fair amount there that points towards developmental issues. I am hoping that by understanding the causation of my issues that I can figure out how to address they better, with more specificity.
