Potential Challenge: The Mindful Way Through Depression (starting 15th Of June 2015)

Doing this Mindfulness challenge has been good.

My overall practice has deepened? developed? changed? got a little bit clearer? or better?

Anyway it has slightly gotten a bit more, that is what I can say. It is a bit more here.

I was hoping for a bit more - but I am happy with what I have gotten and that is progress for me as well. I always had this feeling that nothing would every be enough. I think Toni Morrison writes about it in one of her books.
 
The next Mindfulness Challenge based on this audiobook will begin on the 9th of August. Please indicate here or PM me and I will add you to the conversation.

It is a good idea to read this thread to get an idea of what it is all about.

@Nighthawk I think you are encountering the moose and Mindfulness with Mooses is much better than a Mindfulness Challenge, but just in case I am bringing this to your attention.
 
The first challenged has changed my life in many positive areas with the leadership of Ms Spock and those audio materials offered within the challenge (which some are free). I purchased additional materials as I have seen an marked improvement in some of my areas of self regulation concerning spiraling depression and PTSD. So I have already signed up for the second challenge.

I want to take this moment again and openly thank Ms Spock for being a viable presence within the first challenge.:hug: I am more than excited to learn & practice during the next challenge as well and -

encourage anyone whom has ever considered Mindfulness Meditation to give it a whirl within this informal and nonjudgmental setting.

I hope this Challenge will also incorporate Mindful Laughter and Humour, Optional Mindful Disco Dancing, Mindful 6 Breaths Tag and Mindful something else I have forgotten right now. I hope to go deeper in my practices.
