Premium Member Upgrade Modification

I've made an amendment to the premium members upgrade, adding an additional feature that bypasses the anti-spam algorithm immediately.

The anti-spam algorithm can affect all users, new or old, because it measures several factors of your history here. If you don't meet it, you can't post links. If you do, you can.

Premium Member accounts immediately bypass this, whether new or existing, you will never endure anti-spam / link regulation if your account fails to meet the criteria at any stage.

Added book recommendations for premium members, allowing annual premium members to add their PTSD related books to the books section.

I've made further amendments to premium member permissions, adding the ability to remove vote/s on polls. Poll creator can also delete their poll before votes are made, as can staff delete polls easier now if needed.

I am still awaiting a modification made on moods before they will be back again.

This may sound a bit dumb becasue the new changes have been in effect for awhile...I just noticed the mood banner is gone. Is that gone for good?
