PTSD And Shame

There is a part of my PTSD that I do feel ashame about. Now that I have a new Therapist it is going to come up and I really can't overcome this feeling of shame. Its eating me up inside.

Sufferer SEVERE PTSD . No good sleep. Up at least 8 -10 times a night check to make sure that things are ok. I get about 2 hours a night of sleep.
