DID Ptsd & did or misdiagnosed?

To my knowledge there is no age limit to dissociation.

There is no age limit to dissociation, no. People of all ages dissociate. There is a generally accepted cut off point for Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) to occur though, which I think, is that the trauma which caused the first split to occur has happened in early childhood - although I think more splits/alters can occur after this?
