I had a concept.

Someone at my university showed up wearing a band shirt: AC/DC logo, ominous stylized graphic of a runaway train, and beneath it the words Rock 'N Roll Train.

I thought about starting with that basic design, but substituting the bottom text with a lyric from "Highway To Hell": Season Ticket On A One Way Ride. (For the sake of ambiguity I didn't think about incorporating PTSD in a heavy metal font with a lightning slash splitting the acronym, but I suppose it could work.)

I like some of the straightforward plays on "PTSD" mentioned here. If anyone can come up with a workable idea that alludes to pop culture in any form, I'd love to see it.

Well, we got our gear that we ordered from the new Cafe Press shop, and I have to say I am actually quite impressed with the quality of the work putting the images onto the goods. It seems quite an improvement now from things I had seen previously from Cafe Press.

We got the large mug and normal mug with the old dog on it... excellent. the coasters... argh, they are ceramic coasters... the images came out really good on them, though they don't seem of a high quality to me. Got Nicolette a [DLMURL="http://www.cafepress.com.au/ptsdforum.428811004"]pink Jnr Spaghetti top[/DLMURL] and it kicks arse. Excellent quality fabric and the print rocks for quality also.

Anthony, I must have had an extended disassociation episode...I just noticed your posted question to me above. I am sorry. Didn't mean to ignore you.

Yes, the way described it is pretty much it.

As a post script, I went on the Cafe Press site to order my mug earlier this week and one of those annoying warnings popped up to say the site wasn't secure for purchasing on line. I'll persevere and try again. : )

And Popeye: "I can go from 0 to flashback in .6 seconds" That is simply classic, I would buy that one! LOL

Hey GDF... not sure why CafePress wouldn't be secure, as I tested it seems pretty much so. I don't use Internet Explorer though, because it goes way over the top about security to the point it is actually restrictive with SSL sites. I would honestly use a web standards browser if not already, ie. firefox, safari, opera, etc. Firefox is the most popular and backed by Google. Much better than IE.

I will have to begin working on some more bits for the PTSD Store. Mugs and shirts.
