Ptsd Program

I asked my therapist at the PTSD unit here for a copy of the recent PTSD program notes.

Before I ask Anthony, I was wondering how many of you guys and gals that don't have access to stuff like that, would like if I posted the documents.

I will first ask the PTSD unit, and some of the stuff makes no real sense unless its explained to you, but a lot of it is so informative

Cool, I will target the things like Anxiety, Anger, etc, etc, and especially things like relationships.
The worst thing I will find is that I will have to practice what I preach.

Alrighty, I talked to Anthony today. He said that a lot of the PTSD program stuff is published on the sister forum; however, I am welcome to go ahead and put them on here. It will take me a couple of days to scan in the pages.

I will try and publish them in their modules. You guys and gals have to remember that some of these are actually work books which for the benefit you will have to practice. It's up to you I suppose.

Anyway, I will hope to have the first modules up soon.
