Yeah, now that I think about it the woman said she had volunteered to do a 'bit' and then was terrified so it may have been a group of standup comedians with PTSD.

I think the idea is fantastic, whether it's a dedicated troupe, or a group off comedians who are sufferers, professional or amateur, that a show together.

Found a play. But no sketch comedy troupe.

Many on there. Just nothing about PTSD. You'd think PTSD (or the entire words) would find something if thats what their comedy was about.

Google let me down!

There are wonderful people in this world who grew up with the perfect amount of emotional nurturance, who live simple lives, have excellent boundaries, and have managed to keep an even keel despite a distorted society. These people cannot understand why anyone would act irrationally, especially when they know that what they are doing is not good for them.

This show is not for those people.

I give up. Normally id look longer but i feel like shit and need to get back to my paused Scorpion.

Very intresting idea though. Laughter sends great chemicals throughout the brain. Its a good way to heal. Make jokes about the most painful things in our pasts. Not that thats bad. Just an intresting way to process stuff.
