Research Ptsd Survey

Hey everybody,

I was not entirely sure where I should post but this sub forum seems to be the correct place for me to post, but if there are any problems regarding where I posted etc please feel free to alter anything.

I do not suffer from PTSD personally, but I am doing a school project about PTSD and I am currently in need of more primary sources / information. I would really appreciate it if you guys and girls could participate in this survey as it is required for the project itself and I would like to get a solid amount of results, it is completely anonymous and only consists of about 10 questions.

Sorry If i didn't explain it very well but what I meant is surveys, interviews etc are considered as forms of primary sources for information (in terms of my project) and I intend on using the results and answers I gather from my survey in the project to help me find out a bit more about PTSD.

And it's pretty much compulsory for me to include some sort of survey within the project but I am a bit lost as to where to post my survey if it doesn't get the attention needed so I decided to check out online forums (hope you can understand what i mean)

For the first question please add an I don't know option, because honestly because honestly it could have been teens or early 20's that time is too much of a blur and to chaotic.

Thanks for participating, the survey itself doesn't specifically cover how it affects people but instead focuses on the experience, diagnosis / treatment and causes etc
