Don't have it but one book I do have is "Mind Over Mood, Change How You Feel by Changing How You Think" by Dennis Greenberger, PhD and Christine A. Padesky, PhD. Been working through it slowly but when I get frustrated with it, it sits for quite some time.
Ha, I thought I could get this workbook and be fine without needing a therapist...she left me mostly to wander on my own anyway! Yeah, right. I need the guidance. I am stuck in the first two chapters. My new therapist agrees that I need to be READY to push on, still not completely there yet. PTSD...gotta love it.
I've had this book for over 6 months now. I flip through it and do random exercises. Sometimes it sits on my desk, sometimes I hide it under a pile of books. Heh heh.
My therapist intoduced me to the workbook, I dont own a copy, wish I did, but she has been copying chapters for me and I work on it in between the times I see her and then we go over it. It has helped alot.

i loved that book and workbook was pretty good too.
