Welcome, and my sympathies on your loss. Kowing you're doing it and you don't want to be is one of the first steps towards fixing it - now recognizing while it's happening in time to stop it... Good luck on your journey and healing.
 
We often push away people because we feel that if they stay they will be hurt :hug:
