Quick Question

Hi all,
I'm new to this website so I don't know if this has been asked before;

About a year ago I was diagnosed with PTSD. I have may symptoms of PTSD, just no flashbacks or known trauma. Has this happened to anyone else, could it be that something bad did happen to me I've just buried it because it was so traumatic?

Forgetting the trauma seems very common on the forum. I know I have forgotten about 85% of all my trauma.

The only thing I can see about this is...In order to get a PTSD diagnosed you have to have had a life threathing event, where you felt horror, helplessness, and a fear for your life.

Did you talk to your T about this? What did he or she said?

You won't experience every symptom of PTSD... you will experience a range of symptoms, not EVERY symptom.
