I was introduced to the puzzle shortly after I learned I had PTSD and became pretty good at it to the point of being boring.
1) for God
2) for Spirit
3) for Love
4) for Forgiveness
5) for Reward
6) for Life
7) for Thanks
8) for Remembering
9) for Reflection

As I work out the puzzle I use the numbers as the characters above.
Life is such a puzzle to me

@atthree That you can do sudoku, well I am pretty impressed by that. Once I am almost finished one. That was with the help of another person. So I am amongst the sudoku challenged. But I do aspire!

I like to start on the lower right corner, merge to left and then up. I always have a puzzle going on the night stand.

Start off on the easy one on the Dell Pocket Sudoku and it progresses as you work through it.

It is great way to reflect on your/ my day. It's a reminder to be thankful for the reward of life and to forgive as the spirit of God's love has shown..

Ha, ironically, I just found out today that I have a bit of Asperger's. The process you describe here of categorizing important things like God, love, forgiveness, thanks, etc in this way, @atthree, is like a brain party.

I'm interested in the nature of the internal/emotional processing you experience when you process things like this using Sudoku....it seems like it could be particularly therapeutic for math-minded/left-brained or Aspie types. Only if you are eager to share, of course. If not no worries ;-)

@crazy8 We of PTSD have to figure out ourselves how to solve what's puzzling us. It is our good conscience that got us this way. I've learned to take small steps in honest forgiving with working on (reflecting the day)solving a puzzle.

Love the messages these puzzles give me like "Life's reward is to reflect love and remember God's spirit of forgiveness"

Reflecting on being not so thankful these days. Minds to busy to be is my excuse while working on my puzzle.

The message today "The spirit to remember God and be thankful for (his) forgiveness. This love, is a reflection of life's rewards."

God Bless

Working the puzzle today at work, thinking empathically of a stressed out co worker. Noticing stressors of others is out strong suit

The message today: Remember forgiving is a reflection of your life. The reward is this loving spirit... be thankful to God.
