My wife and I have been married for 8 years and we have made many changes in our life like getting out of the military and me taking a traveling job. Lately I feel like she is hiding things from me I.e. I came across an email of a guy talking about her in a sexual way that she works with. She tells me that I shouldn't worry about it that it's nothing I don't feel like its nothing but I love her and my daughter and don't want to lose them. She seems apprehensive to tell me about sexual harassment at work and she refuses to turn these people in I know I sound like a dummy for believing this but I don't know if I'm just overreacting or if I'm justified.

I don't think you are overreacting to finding something like this concerning your own wife. The e-mail could be harassment only if the recipient is offended by it. You did not say how you found this e-mail. If you are suspicious something is going on and you did you own "research" into her e-mail account, this is understandable. Neither possibility seems acceptable.

But the final say rests with your wife. If she IS being sexually harassed or possibly doing some flirting at work, she is an adult. She could easily block the guy's e-mail.

I agree with you 100% it isn't "nothing." but it may be something she is not ready to discuss with you. I can really see who this would aggravate any PTSD symptoms you may have though. i think in this situation, anyone has the right to know for sure.

If she tells you not to worry, it may be a one time event for an over eager male coworker. You do not sound like a dummy at all.
