I haven't been diagnosed with PTSD but I recently been aware of my disease. I tried to hang myself around 1 ago, because I always knew I was going to fail and saw me been hung on a tree or roof. When I was 5 my brother and his friend tried to hang me, and then around 8 I boy named Robert tried to hang me again. With PTSD there I this thing called reliving, I'm trying to think if that is why I wanted to kill myself this way. I'm just wondering if there is anyone like me that thought of the same thing.

Thought of the same thing as in suicide or as in suicide based on your trauma?

I was choked, often during sexual activities, it seems a lot of people have this 'fetish' and its a horrible feeling, and shamefully a sexually 'good' feeling, but ive tried to hang myself a few times but the bulk of my attempts were through ODs & other ways that would be impossible to do w/o other means due to the human nature to survive.

Not that i want to 'broadcast' how to commit suicide, and they obviously all failed anyway, just wanted to answer the question...and not sure i did answer it...

I have, although it's slightly different, I have choked twice (on lollipop, then gobstopper), been choked by three different boys, one with a branch, two used their hands. All before the age of 16. Kinda bizarre. It sometimes gets me thinking if I had past lives.. Yeah. Just freaky.

Is there someone that you live with or can be with you to talk to? Do you have a therapist? Maybe these could help. Writing helps me sometimes. Please keep talking if you have the energy.
