Hey, notsure, I'm an average-sized woman, and I'm on 150mg sertraline. I'm also on dexadrin for adhd. I've not noticed any side effects at all from the sertraline, in fact, it doesn't seem to have much of an effect on me. It's the fifth antidepressant I've been on, and the one I feel most *normal* on. I hope this helps.
