Sufferer Sexual assault and recently started counselling, struggling

Hey

I'm Chrissy. I recently started counselling for PTSD from CSA and a situation I ended up in as an adult with a group of sexually abusive guys. I had the intake session a couple of weeks back and now I'm on a 16 week waiting list I kind of alternate between feeling grand and that I don't need any of this and feeling like I can't wait that long before I start getting over it.

Thanks guys :) I appreciate the support, 16 weeks definitely feels like ages, it's frustrating cos it took me so long to work up the courage to go back and I'm worried I'll lose the nerve by then to be honest, ha.
