Skyrim

It's honestly my favorite game of all time. I never thought I'd like a game more than the Turok games (yes I know, weird games to have as favorites) but Skyrim takes the cake. It's just awesome, and I get sooo into playing my character. I have my own idea of what his attitude is like (a sneaky bastard Khajiit, haha) and what he's 'thinking' when all this crazy stuff is going on.

Ohhh Skyrim. :)

So I have not played in a few days...

Why?

Because I just need a break from people and I can't even deal with the ones in a game. That's how real Skyrim can feel at times.

:O_o:

Wow that's intense.
Most of my characters are humans: Imperial, Nord, Breton or Redguard. I was able to make a very pretty Breton woman with red hair, inspired by one of the bards I encountered--I think she lives in Rorikstead. I really want the dress she wears but it has an apron on it and that seems out of place for an adventurer :\

I also like Orcs a lot.

Since you tend to prefer stealthy characters Ayesha, you might enjoy a Khajiit or Argonian. Female kitty?

Haven't played for a few days...well.. a week I guess or more now.

I always play some sort of Elf character. Maybe I should look into the other ones available. Any recommendations?

I'm playing as an imperial. Anytime I ever played D&D in real I was always an elf theif/assassin.

Figure I'd change it up for this game and just be ..normal. ..

Besides a special power/talent is there much difference? Do people treat you better or worse?

Everywhere I go everyone says 'What do you want.. Imperial?' Like it's a bad thing. lol

Yes most Nords aren't too keen on their Imperial overlords.

So far, I haven't encountered anything too bad. For instance, as a Khajiit, you are allowed in the cities without much incident even though the caravans are not.

So my ex bought this game and he is playing it with my son who is 9 years old. I am not sure if I agree with it. I wish my son didn't play computer games. He should be play outside and run around. But I saw this thread and thought I'd ask. Is this game appropriate for a 9 year old? I have no idea about it...

I'ts rated M (mature 17+) for blood and gore, intense violence, sexual themes and use of alcohol
