Yes, I like the third owl the most. It's easy for my brain to recognize what it is.

The owl's look great but I'd drop the wing as it is a little distracting. The simpler the better.

I think all 3 of them look good. I think the green one stands out the most, simply because the colour makes it clear. The pink one isn't as noticeable, probably because it is pale, but you can still see it's an owl - the same goes for the blue one.

I personally prefer the third one, I can tell it is an owl and distinguish the color easily.
