If you are roommates, then a roommate agreement may be in order.

If not, then it might be good to state what would help you, and see if the other person is able to do it or not.

Either way, it may help to find other places to be, like the library, or etc, until your own stress cup lowers from all the stress you feel when being around them.

i am sorry but i dont think you understand and its kinda hard to understand not knowing all the details , and i do not want to talk details as i know this person visits this site and is on this site so i cant really go into detail without being nervous they are reading this.
