My memory is fuzzy with time since I hast had thoughts of suicide. But I recall on one occasion clinging successfully to this question: If some stranger were to attack me with deadly force out of the dark, would I fight back? And if I would fight back, how hard?
Eventually, I realized I would not only reflexively fight back to save my life, but I would do so furiously with no fear of death. Is this a useful thought to anyone else considering suicide.?
