Strategy During Suicidal Thoughts?

It feels like you are projecting them to me...

@Nikie, that is a huge compliment that I am not sure I deserve. But thank you yet again. One of the values of this forum is that it offers hope of "connection" among members, as diverse as we are.

You are right if you think I am speaking with you from experience, because I am. I therefore know the depth of much of your confusion and anxiety. But all who are responding to you are projecting their concern and advice for you to choose if it helps you. You have a solid connection with many of us.

To borrow the term you introduced the other day, many are more than happy to "sit at the same fire" with you. It is a very warm place. Keep trying. Keep talking. And stop denying your own worth.

Good morning Nikie. And it is morning here. You are 8 hours ahead of me by the clock. I'm pointing that out, because I don't know when the best time is for you to join us online.

You have things to do, and much needed sleep to have, and I hope you are not staying up at odd hours to communicate with us. Since you said you get up at 5 each morning (Your time), it means you already have been up and busy for more than 12 hrs.(my time).

Others are in their own time zones, such as @Ms Spock in Australia and @Anarchy in the United Kingdom. So you might keep in mind that many of us are on different schedules from yours, and there can be some delay in answering or responding to your questions and comments. But there seems always to be people on the forum who can respond to you if others can't at the moment.

We hope you are OK.

Hey that WAS a nice big smile! I didn't know than grinning could be not nice. Sorry I used that word, but I'm curious why the custom of grinning is not nice in South African. Does a grin mean something else besides friendly?

That hot, dry weather sounds very much like the weather we have many summers in Texas. It is very hard on animals, plants and people. Lack of water for farming is a huge problem many years. Right now, it is cold and rainy where I am, but in a few months we could have your 40 Celsius (104 F) weather like yours.

I hope you can still sleep though. You need it for your strength. And you don't need to reply or comment to us when you need to be sleeping. As I meant to say earlier, there is always someone here on the forum.

We have dairy cows that get milked even if it's -12 degrees. I live in New England, the six states in northeast USA. We rarely have droughts. No tornados well once every hundred years. Most organic farmers than elsewhere.
